Introduction of 2507 duplex wire mesh
Parameter introduction of 2507 duplex wire mesh
2507 duplex wire mesh is also known as UNS S32750 stainless steel wire mesh.
International general name: saf 2507, UNS S32750, NAS 74n, F53, W. - Nr. 1.4410
Executive Standards: ASTM a240 / ASME sa-240, ASTM a276, ASTM A182 / ASME sa-182, ASTM A312 / ASME A312
Main components: C ≤ 0.03, Mn ≤ 2.0, Ni 4.5 ~ 6.5, Si ≤ 1.0, Cr 21.0 ~ 24.0, Mo 2.5 ~ 3.5, n 0.08 ~ 0.20
Physical properties: 2507 dual phase steel density: 8.03g/cm3, melting point: 1300-1390 ℃, magnetism: None
Heat treatment: heat preservation between 1000-1052 ℃ for 1-2 hours, fast air cooling or water cooling.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength: σ B ≥ 795mpa, yield strength: σ B ≥ 550MPa, elongation: δ ≥ 15%, hardness ≤ 310 (HB)
Corrosion resistance and main application environment: the high content of chromium and molybdenum in 2507 dual phase steel makes it have strong resistance to overall corrosion of organic acids such as formic acid and acetic acid. 2507 dual phase steel also has strong corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, especially those containing chlorides. Compared with 904L, 2507 dual phase steel has stronger corrosion resistance to diluted sulfuric acid mixed with chloride ions. 904L is an austenitic alloy, which is specially used to resist pure sulfuric acid corrosion. 316L can not be used in hydrochloric acid environment, it may be subject to local corrosion or overall corrosion. 2507 dual phase steel is used in dilute hydrochloric acid environment and has strong resistance to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion.
The application fields of 2507 dual phase steel wire mesh include: Petroleum and natural gas industry equipment; offshore platform, heat exchanger, underwater equipment, fire fighting equipment; chemical processing industry, utensils and pipeline industry; desalination, high-pressure RO equipment and submarine pipeline; energy industry such as FGD system of power plant desulfurization and denitrification, industrial washing system, absorption tower; mechanical components (high-strength, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant components).
